These terms apply to your use of the Zybloc website and the Zybloc game in your web browser. By playing Zybloc, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

Zybloc is a free block puzzle game. You do not need an account to play, and there is nothing to buy with real money. Coins, themes and power-ups inside the game are earned through play and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money.

Your progress

Your progress is saved only in your browser's storage on your own device. We do not hold a copy. If you clear your browser data, use private browsing, change device or browser, or reset progress in the game, your progress may be lost. We cannot recover it.

Privacy

Zybloc does not ask for or collect personal information. Advertising and analytics are turned off in the web version. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use Zybloc for personal, non-commercial fun. Do not try to disrupt the website, attack or overload its servers, or copy, resell or republish the game or its artwork, sounds or code without permission. Changing your own local save only affects your own browser.

Ownership

The Zybloc name, logo, game design, artwork and code belong to the Zybloc developer. Some sound effects are by Kenney (kenney.nl) under the CC0 licence, as listed on the About page.

Provided as is

Zybloc is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device or browser. We may change, pause or stop the game at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Zybloc developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
